The ATP8000 series, for example, is designed for 900-2600nm, using either 256 or 512 (HR versions) pixel cooled InGaAs arrays, which results in ultra-low noise and almost twice the SNR of competitive devices.
The cooled detectors in these models ensure high performance, which is essential for accurate and reliable measurements. The ATP8000 series, for instance, features a choice of grating and detector options, making it ideal for a wide range of near-infrared applications.
