Cooled Spectrometer

High Accuracy, Lowest Noise

Where Stability is a Must

Optosky's ATP5020, ATP6500, and ATP6500DC models are advanced cooled spectrometers designed for thermal stability, essential for consistent spectral data collection over long periods. These models feature cooled CCD detectors and offer high-resolution spectra.  Each model provides cooled sensor to -5ºC, -20ºC and Deep Cooled to -70ºC. Cooled Sensors are specially usefull for measuring samples with low spectral response, avoiding electrical and temperature noises.

Optosky's ATP5020, ATP6500, and ATP6500DC models are cutting-edge cooled spectrometers that provide exceptional thermal stability, a feature that is crucial for consistent spectral data collection over extended periods. These models are designed with cooled CCD detectors that offer high-resolution spectra, ensuring the most accurate and reliable results. The cooled sensors in these models can be lowered to -5ºC, -20ºC, and even deep-cooled to -70ºC, which is particularly useful for measuring samples with low spectral response. This deep cooling capability helps to minimize electrical and temperature-induced noise, significantly improving the accuracy of measurements.

The ATP6500, for instance, is a scientific-class UV-VIS-NIR Spectrometer that employs a 1044 x 64 pixel, back-thinned CCD with ultra-high dynamic range. It features semiconductor-cooled technology that can reduce operating dark current, with a 2-stage TE-cooled down to -20ºC and a 3-stage TE-cooled down to -25ºC. This technology greatly reduces sensor noise, resulting in almost 2 times higher SNR than other competitors, and ensures that the measuring result does not change with temperature.

These advanced cooled spectrometers are suitable for a wide range of applications, from environmental industries such as UV smoke analysis and multi-parameter online water quality analysis to industrial inspection tasks like colorimetry, color sorting, and emissivity/transmittance measurement. They are also well-suited for biomedical industries, where they can be used for fully automatic biochemical analysis and fluorescence spectroscopy. The ATP5020, ATP6500, and ATP6500DC models are not only reliable and accurate but also convenient for integration due to their low power requirements.
